Short-term therapy means:

Experiencing, feeling, acting

You assess and analyse your situation. Together we work on physical symptoms, internal images and self-organisation patterns. As a result, you implement the new strategies for action and roles in existing areas of conflict.

We work with body-centred, mindfulness-based and dynamic techniques as well as conversational and behavioural therapy methods to bring about profound changes and find answers to the question of causes.

Individual Therapy

Together we work on self-organisation patterns, psychosomatic symptoms and internal images. We help you recognise and change automatic patterns and regain the ability to make decisions freely. Access to these issues is enabled using experience-oriented and body-focused methods. As a result, you implement newfound action strategies and roles in existing areas of conflict and can therefore find new ways of solving problems.

Scope:

  • 5-15 double sessions (90 min each)
  • Can be effectively combined with accompanying group therapy

Methods:

  • Conversational psychotherapy and behavioural therapy
  • Body-centred methods (Hakomi)
  • Breathing exercises
  • NLP and hypnosis
  • Psychodrama

Couple’s therapy

If you have reoccurring problems, miss intimacy or simply want to reconnect: You’d better come sooner rather than later. Many couples only seek help when it is actually already too late. But even then, our dynamic approach can show you new ways to each other. The aim of our approach is not to talk through the conflicts verbally for the hundredth time, but to find new perspectives for one another with the help of experience-oriented methods and to make them tangible. This can also lead to support during separation or mediation. You determine the goal – we guide you through the process.

Scope:

  • 5-15 double sessions (90 min each)
  • Can be effectively combined with accompanying group therapy

Group therapy

In group therapy we work together to create an absolutely safe, appreciative space for meeting at eye level, human connection and empathic exchange. We emphasise dynamic and experience-oriented processes that go beyond cognitive comprehension. In this atmosphere, healing becomes possible and growth is supported. The group also offers space for deepening the content of individual therapy and further support later on. Here there is room for everything that gets neglected or is simply missing in everyday life.

Scope:

  • Regular therapy groups
  • 4 weekends a year (Friday evening to Sunday noon)
